I was so surprised that about 30% of feed for pigs and beef cows is recycled animal fat! I knew they fed them disgusting things like the litter from factory farmed chickens, which contains chicken poop, dead rotting chicken parts, arsenic, antibiotics and hormones. I don't know why people want to consume these things! Really a good example of the hidden cost of meat--the hidden cost to health of eating putrid animal waste and death.
