What's wrong is the market. Look at the TSE 300. It's in bearish mode for quite some time now. In the US, NASDAQ is under heavy pressure too, while the DJIA is not able to get up on strong volume. All this gives us a bad overall picture, which explains why Groupe CGI is not going higher. IMHO, it's very tough for a stock to go against the general trend. MF
