The NAACP successfully sued Jeb Bush over the FLorida 2000 disenfranchisement. Thousands of names were listed. There was an out of court settlement. The corporate media didn't cover it because they are strangely not concerned about election fraud, only celebrity scandals or rightwing homosexual scandals. The media really dropped the ball on this. Both 2000 and 2004 were Gore and Kerry victories. It is a huge tragedy, but it will not happen again.
