Grenville Sur La rouge town council needs to get a strong guarantee from the applicant(CCB) that the comprehensive agreement it has signed with a unknown marble purchaser is still valid today and that the contract is actually a firm committed contract.Most LOI's and MOU's have holes big enough to drive a tank through my guess this might be similar.Regardless council needs to know if its a worthy contract.Even if the applicant wants to keep the party confidential there are many ways the towns legal department could review for reference to the council.Hopefully Marc or others will mention this at the meeting.
