Andrew. Thanks. I ran into the same problem once or twice here. There is a limit (I don't know what it is), but it appears that a "post" can only contain a set limit of "bytes". Even though it appears to the poster that it "takes" (becuase the poster gets no warning), it "truncates" the balance of the post. FWIW.

Anyway, thanks for posting whatever you could. Elmo say's the entire
Proxy is now on the .gov site for all to grab.
