Actually this report is rather negative. It ranks kea 3 (Wall St. lingo for sale) and issues a below concensus estimate on earnings. Not to mention it cites lack of earning visibility. I believe that the push out of other developements in favor of Y2K creats a pent up demand for non-Y2K developement in 3Q99 and 1H2000. But it may take the street almost till then to realize this.
