Ned, During the summer and early fall, I was considering a much larger investment in MIS towards making an investment in some businesses in Florida. Terms had to be in MY favor and the new acquisitions. I was also in contact with MISM's former Investment Banker who fell through on committments. Wilfred didn't like the terms and since then I've been "out-of-the-loop." From those conversations, Wilfred wasn't going to invest money into name changes, etc. until a deal was basically FINALIZED. Apparently, Wilfred has found a much better deal and the internet is a MUCH hotter investment these days than the FOOD INDUSTRY. later, leroyt P.S. Why to you think: "I guess Mr. Shaw is running outta pocket money"??
