RESEARCH ALERT-BofA Ups Integrated Silicon to Buy Reuters Company News - January 10, 2001 12:02 NEW YORK, (Reuters) - Banc of America said analyst Richard L. Whittington raised on Wednesday his investment recommendation on Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. to buy from market perform, citing valuation levels. He also set a 12-month target price of $20 for the semiconductor manufacturer. Integrated rose 29/32, or 6 percent, to $15-13/16 in early dealings on Wednesday.
