Steve, Debt never makes you a profit, so get rid of it. Well, the empty Dresden fab is not going to make you any profit either, until you buy equipment - for cash. I don't know about the terms of the LT debt, but I bet AMD can refinance, or rollover the debt to new at a lot more favorable terms. Joe
