After the mass production of the first silicon carbide production line, the construction of the second and third production lines is also accelerating. By the end of next year, Fuzhou Gaoyi’s silicon carbide substrate production capacity is expected to exceed 500,000 pieces, with an output value of 3 billion yuan.
