President Clinton raised taxes and gave us balanced budgets. Reagan and Bush cut taxes and exploded the debt. Faced with these facts you call Democrats liars. Amazing. How many times do you need to be informed that Presidents do not raise or lower taxes? Congress taxes and Congress spends, not the President. Are you really too dense to be able to grasp that fact, patzy?
