Saying AMD should be overvalued because the other companies are overvalued is a terrible way to look at things

I think AMD can earn $6 reasonably safely, probably even without opening the Dresden Fab. Based on this, if you apply fairly conservative multiple of say 20 to 25, you still get $120 to $150, so the stock still has a way to go to reach a fair valuation.
