TW, please re-read my post. Nowhere do I suggest that "many companies want to get into this business."

I agree with your points, with the exception of your comment about management. NSI's management is quite weak, in my opinion. NSI has a serious customer service problem which it hasn't been able to fix.

I hope NSI's new president, when he or she is named, will make customer service a top priority. That is NSI's greatest vulnerability, it seems to me.
