Dick They already have failed. I was going crazy their for a while. You ever try re-dialing your phone 50 times in a half hour. I just got my phone bill and this month I had to pay an extra $49.00 in long distance calls, just to get connected to AOL. Thus, I no longer have that problem with Bell Atlantic. Dick I am not the only one who has this problem. When you have a product or service that's the best thing since white sliced bread "you buy". When you know or use a service that you know from personal experience s***s "you sell" and drop the the service. Lot's of luck.
