Repatriation has been discussed for the last 6 years but Congress never acted on it. Obviously, the Republican Congress would never have passed a repatriation law allowing Obama to be credited with that plum. They wanted it for themselves, so they waited until they had a Republican stooge in the White House. Only gullible Trumpsters like you would believe Trump had anything to do with creating or repatriating the overseas profits amassed during Obama's administration under the trade programs that have been in effect for the last 8 years.
