Good Luck to all in the new year.
I find it strange that all the foo fer awe on WTC is based on assays from
only one hole so I took a good look at it. They gave us a long intersection
with a high grade part in it so I looked up current metal prices and the U.S./Can.
exchange rate and this is what they told us. They have 93.17 feet of rock that
grades $128.49 C per ton within the intercept of 574.8 feet that grades $48.11 C
per ton. This means that the 481.63 feet of lower grade surrounding the high
grade comes in at $32.56 C per ton. Now if we double dilute these numbers for
mining dilution of 5% and milling losses of 10% they come out to $109.85,
$41.13, and most importantly $27.83 all in Can.$ per ton. The last one is
probably close to what the operating costs are going to be for something that
starts 679 feet below surface. You might not even mine it..so for them to crow
about this tremendous intercept let's get real. Anything that grades only
$32.56 per ton is certainly not massive copper or zinc sulphides. More likely
worthless pyrite. So far this one looks like a low/medium grade zinc/copper
underground prospect of unknown viability.
And remember that WTC can get diluted down to 28 % in the terms of their JV
with Teck and the Mexicans. Let's hope the next assays are better.
