I've been through alot of shareholder "class actions". This attorney may have located a shareholder of Slup. He uses this shareholder to file the claim and be the first to represent the "class action". Through this publicity he hopes to attract other, more substantial shareholders to position himself or firm in the class suit to generate fees. I know of ambuliance chasing attorneys who do nothing but look for any reasons to file "class actions". If there was a service that could show you the amount of class actions / shareholder suits filed and/or thrown out, it would probably amaze all of us. I do not pretend to know if this particulr suit has any real merit or basis to it. Maybe we'll all get a look at their claims soon.
