Pae,

You can get Level II from PC Quote via satellite. The internet is the budget version, but still not cheap. I've found them usually reliable, but I had to switch ISPs before I found any reliablity. Cable modems or ISDN are a good way to go, if they are available in your area.

I too would love to hear from someone who is using level II with Web Steet.
