AG--still researching, this is one to keep an eye on

From a poster (didmancreateGod) on the YHOo thread

Premium investment newsletters being circulated indicate the drought in the East and midwest will drive up fresh produce prices resulting in huge profits for corporate farms in the rest of the U.S. and Central and South America. They also indicate that the turnaround in Asia has increased, and will continue to increase, resulting in new orders for modern farm equipment. Also the extension of most favorable trade status for China has and will continue to fuel demand for new equipment in that country. Also aid packages being negotiated for Russia in exchange for destruction of plutonium stockpiles, facilities, and nuclear bombs in exchange for new farm equipment are in their final stages and the Clinton administration is planning to announce these initiatives as the primary election season begins in the U.S.. Also negotiations with Pakistan and India for aid in the form of farm equipment are being completed to help stablize those countries economies in exchange for an end to their nuclear arms race. Also North Korea is being promised farm aid in the form of modern U.S. made equipment as an incentive to prevent North Korea from testing its long range nuclear missiles. Also the farm unemploymment rates have been increasing steadily recently in contrast to the core readings for ttthese indicies. These newletters have at least ten other reasons that the farm industry is about to have major consolidation shortly.
