Jon, regarding CMMI, what you need to do is get a copy of their business plan. I think Jeff Brommer (800) 749-0114 has a copy he can send to you. They either have received funding or are waiting for the ink to dry, but the funding will trigger several events. The company is looking to acquire a major refractive surgery technology (refractive eye surgery practices is one of many growth initiatives for the company). That may be the first major event. Management is top notch. LaMar Laster can attract talent (former CEO/Chairman of Staar Surgical - Nasdaq:STAA, which he took to $80). Brought over some of the top guys from Staar to be on the board of advisors/directors. I don't think he's doing this to stay on the bulletin board.

Spread is tough. Very low float, so the spread widens and tightens with every trade. I bought some in the open market, anywhere from $4 7/8 to $6 11/16. The shares I received to help disseminate information on the company are obviously an incentive to promote the stock, but the shares I bought in the open market were bought because I really think that the management, business plan, financing, and anticipated acquisitions combined with a tiny float will be very explosive.
