Mechanically using the data produced by the website seems like the wrong way to go to me. One thing I'm imagining could be useful is to look at the list once a week and see what has newly entered the list and what has left it. Those deltas then give you a decent set of companies to investigate as potential investments.

This also would help understand the exact methodology being used. And, you wouldn't "lose" the names of companies that drop out of the list just because they moved down slightly in the rankings.
