vip, thank you. Kemble takes the prize for having the most faith. He has put 100% faith in the integrity of Mikey and a management team that has proven to be the best in the business. They epitomize the concept of continuous improvement. It is hard for most on this thread to understand the power, depth and strength of Dell's management team. I have experienced it first hand by taking a tour of their factory and ordering their computers. After each experience, I have bought more shares. Since I am in Finance and run an operation I understand how critical it is to "get it right the first time" in terms of customer satisfaction and operating efficiency. This is why Dell has such customer loyalty and works towards continuous improvement. The way they are structured, every employee is rewarded for improving operating effiency, Dell has successfully create and environment that encourages and rewards creativity and productivity. I am in for the long haul. :o) Drew
