I don't think its an accurate representation to say the wealth is taken. The owner is compensated.

As far as the actual ownership of the companies .... They would tend to those who make the best invetment choices. Each transfer is not the last of it's kind. Transferred stock would begin it's cycle (which I call decay for want of a better term right now, but perhaps should be called something like monetization). Those who receive stock as compensation would likely sell some or all for new cars or sending their kid to beauty school. The point is the assets and the resulting control would not become tied up in a purely passive multigenerational clique.
