This is true - the number for earnings is "next years" number, but I have always used this value in the weekly tables as opposed to "this years" number. All the other 24 stocks in the Group get the same treatment.

As shown in the earnings tables posted previously, 18 of the 25 stocks have negative earnings estimates for "this year", only 7 stocks have positive earnings estimates. The total at the bottom line is a loss of 14.12 for "this years" estimates.

Six of the stocks for "next year" also have negative earnings estimates, and 19 have positive estimates including ASYT. At the bottom line, the total for the 25 stocks is a gain of 7.32.

Of course, because all of the 25 stocks, in general, have fiscal years ending in different months of the year, this fact has to be kept in mind when comparing numbers.

Also, as time marches on and the Fiscal Year ends for a particular stock, "next years" estimate "rolls over" into "this years" estimate and a new "next years" estimate is made and recorded.
