I'm not sure if the bubble will pop, but the Trump tax plan, combined with the spectre of rising interest rates, will definitely put some negative pressure on the real estate market. I agree the market for you and I as Californians will get hammered but not for all those states in flyover country that voted for Trump. There are two "Coming Soon" signs on my block and another just around the corner. I should join the crowd too.
