Earnings tell the real story, and the only real hope for Corel going forward is a world-class Java office suite. How is Corel going to compete with those who've been doing object-oriented software design for over a decade (Corel is a collection of novices in that regard) or companies with literally hundreds of millions to spend on such tools? Microsoft and Lotus for example? Is their office suite Java 1.0 or 1.1? Dump the stock now if it's only 1.0, they are vastly different and a complete rewrite will be required.
