I still love the Mac, but I'm realistic - and I'm worried.

Dick,

I'm worried to, and if Apple breaks down off its trendline, I will bail on options and either bail or write covered calls on some or all of my long position.

Everything you say is true. This IS probably Apple's last chance to be anything more than a niche player. So far, Jobs has made some good decisions, albeit decisions that should have been made long ago. However, future decisions by him and the BOD are the ones that really count. If Eric and others are right, we should have fine Q2 results. Let's hope that happens because a lot of Apple's future success depends on perception. A good, indeed exceptional Q2, coupled with some forward looking and competent decisions, will go a long way towards building the confidence of the consumers and the investment community needed to put Apple's stock on an equal level with other Computer hardware/software vendors.
