Hi Cheese, It will certainly help when the Intel Community is properly funded again. If you compare what they have to deal with to the freakin' stock market - the Intel guys have to consider every little burp coming up from every twit on the WWW, etc. - exactly as seen on "..Bobz Burp & Belch Board..". How much time do you spend looking at that goofy stuff, even though there is probably "...one valid tip..." out of every so many thousand. Things will get better, but you can't expect the CIA/FBI/NSA/Secret Service/ONI, etc., etc., to do it all. The idea of the public staying vigilant (..like reporting the video twits on the water tank at the reservoir..) will be a tremendous help. John :-) .
