Jeff, I think what you've said about Vander Kelen is extremely interesting, and convincing up to a point.

But there's something I don't understand. It would appear from the 144 filing that the 100,000 shares that VK wishes to sell are in his name, not in the company's name.

So I think it's important that we learn how he came by this stock, when, and what he paid for it. For reasons that should be obvious to all, lololololololol!!
