As I looked more closely, the tender offer was made about April 13 or before and was about $1.80 above the price at the time. Not a bad offer after all. You might not get a better offer unless another company steps in with a better offer. It also appears that the two companies boards had approve the the offer.

My previous comments about the potential for a higher price due to the price pattern still applies.

I now say, take the offer and find another stock to invest in.
