IC,

In the long run either ETYS is way overvalued or PLCO way undervalued or both (probably both). In the short run who knows.

Minor detail (per the SEC filing): share count could go to about 75 million if the P's and W's catch up to the C's (which is expected here).

The debentures convert to series E preferred but do those
become eligible for conversion at the same time as the ones on the open market....if not the debenture holders could do some serious shorting (against the box) if they have not done so already. The pressure would be on the P's and not the C's. I think this is why there has been such a discrepancy between the two.

Here is the best scenario: PLCO buys back the debentures with the new money raised in the recent IPO. If the debentures are what has been holding this stock back then this thing flies. Anyone float that question during conversations with PLCO?
