Hey, what does this mean...? Who are the CNET "option holders"? Sounds to me like CNET the company is not strengthened by this deal, but some insiders/executives personal financial well-being is improved. Is that right?

GE will own about half of NBCi, while current Xoom.com shareholders will own 34 percent. CNET option holders will own a 13 percent stake. GE chief executive Jack Welch will be a director of NBCi.
