ADVC, SpectuCell--Qcom wannabe. This 40 cent stock has hired some guy to post on SI a lot; however, it's worth looking at what they claim. Would appreciate comments from the techies.

Seems to me that the base stations are a small part of the picture and avoidance of paying for a few base station chips is not a big incentive; plus, you have to solve the handoff problem.
