I think when women are in power, we will see the same level of abuses coming from them. Women aren't genetically predisposed to be more Jesus like than males. Women just have not been in power pervasively to be corrupted by power like males. When women final take over the reigns of power, we will see that they are human just like men and that they will engage in abuses of power just like men.
This is going to come as a shock to everyone, but all of us who have been saying women are equal to men in most ways and are no better or no worse than men when all privilege is set aside, we are going to have to start acting and speaking in ways that are consistent with those beliefs.
We simply cannot persecute people for their color or gender. Being black or hispanic or a woman does not make us special. I've never been a victim in my life, even when people treated me differently, I shrugged it off and found another way. That is the path forward, not the one you are proposing, which is to tear white males down. BTW, my older son looks like a white male, even though he is hispanic. Will you and your friends verbally assault him as well? Will you not let him speak at a company meeting or give him that promotion, when his performance deserves it, simply because he is male and he looks white? Do all blacks and hispanics need to start wearing a black or brown star to prove they are minorities, even when they may "pass" as white, just so they won't be discriminated against by well-meaning liberals who have become unhinged in their zeal towards minority rights? Do all men, need to start wearing dresses, so they can claim to be transvestites, so they can get a fair shot at that promotion?
The actions the liberals are taking are too extreme and unbalanced. They will have adverse repercussions. You aren't thinking far enough ahead. Ultimately, short of genocide, you are not going to eliminate the white male. So you need a plan that co-opts and includes the white male in any future that will be peaceful and equitable. This revenge and hatred leads nowhere good. |
