Eddy, the strategy is sound, as long as it is not widespread...but not anymore, since it now is. the proof is in the pudding...in the commodities futures markets the commercials regularly trade AGAINST the black box funds, and regularly take their money.
it is different in the stock market, where the practice has not yet proliferated to an appreciable extent. the specs still get killed there too though most of the time i must admit.
