He could seize Willow Creek Mine tomorrow on national security grounds. If he thought there was a national security issue and if he wasn't owned by Putin. Do you think there's a national security issue in Russia owning Willow Creek mine and the various non-producing properties in WY or not? Y or N. If no, then Uranium One's purchase by Rosatom is just a crony favor swapping thing. Bad but not as bad as people suppose. If yes, the POTUS should ACT, not just be a demagoguing.blowhard.
