Tero:

This is about IP. As we all know, every company invests heavily in Research and Development and one of the things that show for it is Intellectual Property, either patents or trade secrets.

The Q can claim 100% licensing fee as far as I am concerned. It is their property. They, also, have the right to license their patents to no one, or give only one company the right.

Ericsson has already stated that they have IPR's needed in [the ETSI proposal]

Then the conflict is solved. I would expect the Ericy, and whomever commercially produces infrastructure, would be sued by the Q.

Tero, you make great arguments for Nokia's superior handsets, however your last three sentences are purely opinion.

Rarely a proposal is accepted under the first offer. Usually there is manuevering to come up with a proposal acceptable to all.
