Rat thinks a competent organization would maintain plausable deniability. Trump has to deal with obstruction as a crime and an impeachment charge, and dereliction of duty for impeachment, comrade.
"nobody is telling Mueller to hurry up and save the country from a Russian mole? " Some are, but Rat would like to tell him to dot all the i's and cross all the t's before he finishes, so that it's done right. I remember how long Watergate took, and this is a lot more complicated.
