Rat thinks a competent organization would maintain plausable deniability. Trump has to deal with obstruction as a crime and an impeachment charge, and dereliction of duty for impeachment, comrade.

Some are, but Rat would like to tell him to dot all the i's and cross all the t's before he finishes, so that it's done right. I remember how long Watergate took, and this is a lot more complicated.
