No not true. Go and check the list for yourself. Most of them don't have earnings yet and they say at a huge multiple of revenue. And some that have earnings sell at huuuuuuge multiples.

I checked the P/E's on 7 of the 11 and their current rev growth rate:

EMC /76 / 57 110%

CSCO/ 111/ 86/ 50%

SUNW/84/65/ 28

JNPR/1053/607/1093

ETEK/171/133/87

MSFT/44/38/18

INTC/39 /34/8

Of the ones I looked up (7 out of 11), only 2 were above the 100 level: ETEK which is being bought by JDSU and they paid a premium for the company, and JNPR which has an incredible revenue growth rate.
