Once the Federal Reserve was created, markets became manipulated with a bullish bias. That doesn't mean markets can't go down or bear markets have been repealed. But the Trump tax cuts and zero Fed Funds, along with QE, are ( were) all very market friendly. There is no getting around that. I am not one to bitch about such things. I invest ( trade) accordingly. I am NOT a moral investor.
