But Tribe was wrong when he said that the constitutionality of the statue was a threshold issue before considering the injunction. I did not understand him to say that. I understood him to say that that the constitutionality of the law would need to be determined before having a de novo hearing as prescribed by the law. But it was three ayem when I saw it and you're a lawyer and I'm not so maybe not. Yes, that was a good show, in contrast to everything else that has been showing. I will tune in again today and hopefully get the same quality of information.
