Thanks for posting it. I quoted the above bit because I'm thinking that if policymakers do NOT contemplate structural remedies, at the very least by reinstating the Glass-Steagall Act, I will want to know why. Repealing Glass-Steagall was clearly a big mistake, and that needs to be corrected. - Allen
