Has anybody tried to verify this statement:

"In 1996, Mr. Wong founded and managed Secure Networks Inc., an
organization that developed Internet security tools and offered security consulting before it was acquired by Network Associates Inc. for approximately $25 million."

In 1996 Network Associates was General Network and McAfee (two different companies that merged in 1997).

I have been to Network Associates' home page and investor relations page and looked at all of the annual report from 1996 to 1997. I have also looked in EDGAR for SEC filings that mention this acquisition. I have not been able to find any reference to Secure Networks, Inc.

It is interesting that NETA would mention a $2.1 million expense related to a different acquisition, but not mention a $25 million acquisition.

Any help would be appreciated.
