Well, according to them it will triple their chemistry consumables sales and European business. They are paying with 630K Argonaut shares and $5.4 M and another $10.8 M over the next 2 years. Do you know how much Argonaut's "chemistry consumables" and "European business" are worth ? At least with today's move the price is now about its reported cash/share, albeit still below "book".<g> Will see if it can climb above its nearest resistance at 3.35 RAGL Bernard
