I just thought of a way out to over come government's heavy hand, plus a great and lucrative opportunity to start a new business.

I think I'll call my new business the "PARENTAL MINORITY ADOPTION COMPANY". Before applying for any jobs or government benefit, you can adopt a minority mom, dad or both and claim minority status.
