So, here is the dream scenario: McAfee buys Hilgraeve out in a deal that is worth far more than Hilgraeve is worth, and get's two things - Out of another lawsuit and into a better position against SYMC, as it would inherit the Hilgraeve patent and could use it as leverage to settle the claim SYMC has.

Could it happen? Who knows. But this is the quick scenario to get back to business.
