Wally: Here is a snipit from the news release: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The company posted a $10.5 million loss from continuing operations, or $0.42 a share, for the first quarter -- $7.5 million to pay for closing 10 call centers and $3 million in operating losses. This compared with a net $3.6 million profit, or $0.11 a share, in the 1997 quarter. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Income statement presentation should have listed the loss in the discontinued operations section, it didn't... So, the income statement presentation seems to be in conflict with the above statement... Jim
