Sprint/ WCOM- MMDS status report Here is a nice summary of the current status of the MMDS efforts of Sprint and Worldcom. infoworld.com I am particularly interested in the assertion that spectrum reallocation by the FCC is no longer a threat. I have seen this asserted elsewhere, and Sprint certainly has taken an aggressively protective posture at the FCC. telecomclick.com I also note that parts of the FCC's interim report on spectrum reallocation tend to read like an advertisement for the importance of MMDS and fixed wireless broadband.
