Been reading the last few posts and they are all the same "FONR first with this, first with that, etc.etc etc". I realize about the lawsuit & settlement $$$, BUT it is still a $2 stock with insignificant sales. Also, is it possible that the small cap fund mgrs can glean some info about Toshiba settlement before the 10Q, such as approximately " " or in the area of " "? Or is it strictly verboten even to give ballpark estimates?
