Under the terms of this contract, the Company will provide professional IT consulting services at the various FDNY facilities located within the five boroughs of the City of New York. This onsite computer programming project engagement will commence on or about June 24, 2002, and will continue until the expiration of five consecutive years or until such time as the company has reached a total of approximately $6,000,000 in billings. In an effort to meet the demands stemmed from a steady increase of governmental spending, the Company has recently placed added emphasis on its governmental sales and marketing effort.
